ACADEMIC DREAM ROOM: 

The Academic Dream Room (ADR) serves as a place for learning enhancement, providing one-on-one tutoring and enrichment. Students are assigned a volunteer tutor to work with them on their individual needs.

The tutoring/enrichment takes place during school hours. Students are referred to the ADR by their teacher and principal as part of student academic success plans. From reading to science exploration, each child’s session is as unique as his/her needs. The ADR operates the entire school year.

Ameris Bank is the ADR partner for Selma Street Elementary and has provided furnishings and decoration for the room. The ADR is a bright and fun environment that nurtures creativity and learning.
